The DigiHub CoWorking Space – If you’re in a Digital/ICT field, this space is for you! It is located on the top floor of The BASE. Cost is €15 Euro/day or you can book a monthly package.
CoWork Plus CoWorking Desk – This space is open to workers of all industries and is located on the ground floor of The BASE. Cost is €12.30/day or you can book a monthly package.
Most people who come to work at The BASE for a day use our CoWorking spaces. You can be at a desk, on our wifi, and up and running within 5 minutes. If you need something more private, you can use one of our one-person “pods” - small offices designed to fit perfectly for you and your work. The cost for a day is €30/day.

All areas offer access to soundproof phone booths, kitchen facilities with free tea and coffee, high speed broadband and a social areas to chill out or have lunch.
At The BASE, we’re here to support you, so we will always work to find the best solution for the way you want to work. We typically offer packages of 6 days or 8 days per month, which offer a discount on the daily rate, and allow you flexibility to come and go as it suits you.
The short answer is, ‘no’. We are here to support you whether you are a start-up, remote worker, student, or established business, and however you want to work. Some people prefer to pay-as-they-go, others find it easier to make a monthly commitment, and still others like to book up for 6 months. We are fine with any of these options.
It’s better if you can book in advance, so we can make sure we have a space available that will suit your needs. That being said, we will always do our best to fit you in and find a solution, so feel free to come on in.
We have a mix of large and smaller meetings rooms at The BASE. Our largest room can fit 25 people (10 during Covid restrictions), and is frequently used for training, team meetings, and board meetings. We have two smaller rooms that fit up to 6 people (2 during Covid restrictions) which are used for catch ups, interviews, brainstorming and online calls.
We offer conferencing facilities in two of our rooms.
The Studio offers resources dedicated to online businesses with green screens, professional lighting options, microphones and everything you need to record a podcast or run an online conference.
We are here to help our community of businesses grow and succeed. So, if you are in a growth phase and looking for a bigger space for you and your team, we have own-door units which might be just right for you. Our own-door offices are all of different sizes - the biggest can take up to 8 people. The benefit of The BASE is that, outside of your own unit, all facilities are taken care of by our staff - kitchens with free tea and coffee, IT services and wifi, cleaning, post, free parking etc. So you can focus on you, your business and your team.
Yes! We offer a business post address service which allows you to register your company address at The BASE and have your post sent to us. Many start-ups use this option so they aren’t using their home address to work with their clients. It looks more professional, and protects your privacy.
