“mPower is a five-year project supported by the European Union’s INTERREG VA Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The project is creating a cross-border service for older people (age 65+) living with long-term conditions across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland.The project started in late 2017 and will run until December 2021. mPower works with communities to enable people to take the steps needed to live well, safely and independently in their own homes by self-managing their own health and care in the community.”

Finn Harps Academy

Local soccer club, Finn Harps FC, have a youth academy for age groups of U13 and U15. The academy have three core principals, identifying, developing and supporting the up and coming talent. This office is not open to the public, however please visit their website.

Paul Smyth Inclusive Health and Fitness

Paul Smyth is a fitness instructor, pilates instructor and personal trainer all rolled in to one! Paul provides classes both on a one to one basis and also as part of a group setting.

Paul provides classes to everyone regardless of age, ability or fitness level.
