I work with Elavon Merchant Services and we offer the following services which may be of help to those who wish to take payments online and/or over the phone:
• Elavon Payment Gateway for online and over the phone processing (https://resourcecentre.elavonpaymentgateway.com/)
• Elavon Merchant Services for secure receipt of online payments.
• Multi-Currency Processing – enabling you to control the price they offer international markets e.g., USD, GBP.

The Clinic:
• Each Session lasts 45min
• After learning about your business, I will offer tailored advice and demo’s on solutions we may have to suit your needs.
• You may, if you wish, leave the session with a written quote for a solution to suit your needs and a timeline and process for implementation.

In particular these clinics are ideal for: (All options are available for both ROI and UK-NI clients.)
• Those who are already processing online with e.g. PayPal and would like to upgrade to a full merchant services account.
• Those who although just launching a website, require the more competitive pricing and robust online payments structure etc. that Elavon Payment Gateway and Merchant Services can offer.
• Those who require specific services such as multi-currency processing or the ability to take payment for an order in real-time over the phone.

About Me:
• Originally from Roscommon, and living in Laghey, I have a Degree and Masters in Marketing and ran my own business for a number of years before joining Elavon in 2011.
• I was an Elavon customer (online merchant account) before working for the company and remain a customer today. My husband runs the day to day operations of our online stores.
• It is this background on ecommerce that gives me the ability to be able to genuinely guide people on the best options for them when taking online payments.
• I will always advise on for example the “tipping point” between PayPal (no fixed cost, higher rates) or a full gateway and merchant account.
• In the last four years I have been working with businesses in Donegal on mainly face to face card payments and now would like to focus on bringing my expertise to the ecommerce businesses in my region.
